We believe that everyone is entitled to have access to healthy food options. Which is why we provide balanced food packages at then end of all programmes accompanied by simple and nutritious recipes.
We want to ensure that we equip our communities with the tools and support they need to look after their own wellbeing. During our sessions, we address different aspects of wellbeing that including budgeting, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
